Our Custom made mattress service allows you to have your mattress or topper manufactured to any size. We make memory foam mattresses for European sized continental beds, bunk beds, Ikea Beds, Boat's, Caravan's and Motor Homes. We have a specialist range of waterproof covers for medical and outdoor mattresses.

We can also provide a number of foam and memory foam products including Lumbar / Back Supports, Wedges, Seat Covers, Wheelchair Covers, Seating for Conservatories and odd shapes and sizes including animal beds.

In order for us to provide you with a quotation we require the following details:

  1. The type of mattress or topper you require from our standard range of products.
  2. The dimensions of your product, i.e. the length and the width ( these can either be in centimetres or inches ) and any angles involved.
  3. The depth of the mattress or topper, i.e. 2 inches of memory foam and 5 inches of Reflex Foam.
  4. Your full contact details including phone number.
  5. If the layout is not square or rectangular in shape i.e. for a Motorhome, Caravan, Boat or is circular, please provide a sketch with dimensions.
